Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Not much behavioural. 3 phone call rounds then 1 final super day. The behavioural questions were very generic (why trading, why SIG). Phone round questions were based all based about EV and probability. It would be useful to know a bit of game theory. Questions weren't difficult however you will likely be cut if you get the questions wrong. There were a few questions based on Bayes Formula and conditional probability, a few on EV, and one on very basic options pricing. There were no brainteaser questions in the phone interviews.
