Operations Analyst

I was offered a phone interview after applying on my schools job board. I did not hear from the company for a few months after I applied. After I scheduled the interview, it was rescheduled once, then the second time the interviewer did not call. I emailed the HR person and they said "something came up" The interview was rescheduled a second time for the next week. The first stage is a phone screen, then a more in-depth phone interview, then on-site interviews. I did not make it past the phone screen. I suspected they had no intention of hiring me after the interviewer simply did not call me.
