Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a phone interview. In addition to the normal first-round questions (walk me through your resume, why SIG), I was asked two simple probability-based questions (a common theme). A couple weeks later I had another phone interview with a current Operations Analyst and was asked several more probability-based and logic problems. Several weeks later I was flown in for their super days which started with a dinner with the HR and some other newer employees. The next day I was driven to their HQ and had 4 more group interviews followed by more logic/probability-based questions with other candidates.
