Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a screening interview with HR. Then another with a member of Ops team. Asked very simple probability qs, Motivation for applying, something recent I had read in finance news. Then did on site with 2 sets of 2 interviewers. Same stuff as phone interview just 3 hours long. There was ano exercise given as well which lasted 1 hour.
