I applied online through the company’s careers website and received an invitation to complete an online assessment shortly afterwards. The assessment focused mainly on quantitative problem solving, including probability, mathematical reasoning, and numerical questions, with fairly tight time constraints. The instructions were clear and the platform was straightforward to use. After completing the assessment, I received an update by email and did not progress to the next stage. Overall, the process was well organised and communication from the recruitment team was clear.
