First a quantitative test, mostly probability / logic / calculus questions. Then a couple of technical interviews, where they ask tricky probability/stats/puzzle questions, and a coding interview that was relatively easy compared to others in the industry. Then a take home data science project where you are asked to predict volatilty for the next month using historical data. Finally virtual onsite - 5 interviews with various members of the team to assess your fit. The final interview questions are not too hard, but you need to be very sharp and provide clear solutions quickly so you have time to discuss them afterwards. Some market making (minimize bid-ask spread given constraints), betting (e.g. Kelly fraction), and quick probability estimation questions in final interview - make sure to study these types of questions.
