Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was an initial phone screening with HR where they asked a lot of fit questions and what interested me in the firm. For the second round interview I met with multiple different operation team heads and they each asked a number of behavioral based questions as well as my familiarity with their repsctive departments. For example their Bond desk asked me a few questions about bonds and the Stock Loan desk asked me about short selling securities.
