Summer Trading Analyst

Emailed resume in and was called shortly after to set up an initial phone interview. The first phone interview was primarily math and probability questions and was relatively easy. Shortly after the initial interview, I received an email saying that I had made it through to the second round phone interview which had more probability type questions. A week or two later I received an email to go to the final round at the main office outside Philly. The day consisted of a tour of the building, one solo interview, a group interview, and desk rotations with traders. Overall everyone was incredibly nice and willing to talk about what they do. The interviews are all business though and the interviewers will do whatever they can to put you under pressure.
