SIG is one of the top players in the game, with constant poker and betting in the office ( most conference tables have poker tables on the flipside ), great 9-16 month training program, and an outstanding reputation ( which equals exit options ). I wasn't fully prepared for the interview, but they asked the sunny/rainy weekend - probability of having a party ( may only have a party when it is sunny ) question, a revolver question, and a counting game question - the answers of which may be found using google. I had a positive experience, and I'd recommend the firm based on my interactions. They are very smart and prepared people, so if you don't know your stuff, you may get embarrassed in the later interview rounds - not to say it is impossible, just be prepared.
