Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One phone interview that involved some background questions and several probability questions. The general questions about myself and why I was interested in trading were fairly straightforward. I thought the math questions were fairly difficult and were very probability intensive. I applied for the position via online recruiting with my school and was contacted by email about a phone interview. I then had a half hour phone interview which I did not pass as I missed several of the math questions.
