Trading

Scheduled a phone screen with HR. During the phone screen, I was asked to go through my background. I was asked to solve some simple probability questions out loud. We finished off the interview with HR asking what I liked to do for fun. They brought me and several other candidates in for an interview. HR gave us a run down of our agenda for the day. We went on a tour of the place to see the trading floor and ask questions, then we were taken to the cafeteria, which was buffet-style, and we got to get food. We ate in a conference room with a couple of the guys from some of the desks and just chatted about their experience with SIG. Afterwards, we went off to 1-1 interviews. Fit questions and also some probability/logic problems, a little tougher.
