1) On campus one-on-one interview with HR lady which consisted of some fit questions but mostly quantitative brain teasers, largely probability based.
2) Phone-interview with firm executive which consisted of more brain teasers of a higher level of difficulty.
3) (Skipped this step b/c already accepted other offer) On-site super-day which consists of wining and dining, group problem solving sessions and meeting with people across the firm.
