Applied via my school's career website. Got an initial phone interview offer a week after. First round was mainly fit 'Why SIG' 'Why Trading' questions with HR. Then I also had few easy probability questions.(Expected Value, probability of least one coin showing head if I threw three). They told me to prepare for the second interview at the end. Second interview was bit harder. The two questions were about EV of a option of buying land and Bayes Theorem. I got too nervous and screwed the first one. They kindly sent me a reject e-mail two days after.
