What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was on-campus interview, basic probability questions. Very simple and almost plug-and-chug into Bayes Theorem.
2nd round was phone interview, more involved questions and less in the way of probability, more in the way of brainteasers.
Final round was on site, 1 group interview (just to make sure that you're not a dumb*** who doesn't know how to work in groups) 1 1-on-3 interview where they have 3 people interviewing you with brainteasers. Overall, not that difficult but can you withstand the pressure?
