Trading Systems Engineer Intern

First, took an online assessment which consisted of 3 different questions in C++. All fairly simple mostly just string manipulation and array problems. Afterwards, had a recruiter phone call where we discussed motivations for applying to the role, why SIG, as well as what I was looking for in my summer job. Then had a technical screen with a member on the team. It was mostly using numpy and pandas library for some reason. They tested us on joins, merges, and aggregates. Recruiters gave me the resources beforehand so it was nothing crazy. The superday they flew me out to Philly and then gave us lunch at the Bala Cynwd office after a tour. Then there were 3 separate rounds, one where we implemented a C++ std::vector, a system design question, and then a math round. This was then followed by a talk with a more senior member to learn more about the company philosophy. The final round was with the recruiter for any final questions.
