Interview
It was relatively straightforward behavioral. Asked questions such as "why UTC" and "walk me through your resume".
Interview Questions
There really were not terribly hard questions.
One of the more unexpected questions was the interviewer asked me to tell her about a time I had to make a difficult decision in a situation. I then had to explain how that would be relevant to the position I would be working in.
Another more unexpected question was I had to describe a time I experienced adversity and what I did to overcome it. Once again I had to explain how that would be relevant to the position I would be working in that summer.

Interview Questions
Why Not Investment Banking?
Why Corporate Finance over something else?
One Brainteaser

They seemed to dig as deep as possible in regards to "Why Us" and "Why Corporate Finance". Also asked several questions regarding teamwork, conflict resolution, and similar behavioral questions. I'd recommend having a very crafted and good answer to the question "Why United Technologies. Also interviews with with 2 interviewers which made things more complicated as well, definitely look to tie answers into both interviewers backgrounds.

Interview
There was initial contact with a recruiter following an employee referral. The recruiter did a 20 minute phone screening and then passed you on to another round of phone interviews. Second phone interview was with a member of the FLP and was purely behavorial. Was informed at the end of the phone call that I would advance to the next round at the company's HQ in Hartford. In Hartford there was two 1-on-1 forty-five minute interviews. Mostly standard behavorial questions aimed at why you thought you could successfully lead.

From there you are screened by phone were you are asked to walk through your resume and tie it back to the position. If you are selected you move to an in person interview with the manager of the department you are interviewing with 1 hour of behaviourals and then they make a hiring decision.

Interview
Internal recruit; candidates are invited to an interview "super day" which consisted of meeting some of the current program associates for breakfast followed by two 30-45 minute interviews with senior finance executives within the corporation. Both interviews were based off resume items and prior experience rather than behavioral questions. Overall structure of the "super day" seemed rushed. First time taking part in an interview that was with senior executives and great learning experience.

For my school, we applied via our career services website. They then picked out of that pool.

Interview was a 2 on 1. It was the recruiting manager and a manager from one of the accounting/finance departments. Asked simple behavioral questions on leadership and problem solving. No technical questions at all. Fairly straight interview, nothing to sweat about.
