I applied through OCR as well as through their website. A couple of weeks later, I was informed that I was invited for a phone interview.

The phone interview was 30 minutes and was a combination of technical/behaviorial/situational questions. The lady was friendly and courteous. A couple of weeks later, I was invited for a superday in SF. Consisted of 4 45 minute interviews as well as a networking session afterwards. The people I interacted with were down-to-earth which was a pleasant surprise.

Definitely do your research with what is happening with the economy; make sure you have a take on the current investing environment. Make sure you have a good handle on what this group does and ask questions related to that. This will help you stand out.
