7pm pt update: venue moved to Amber India across the alley from press club (https://www.amber-india.com/, 25 Yerba Buena Ln. social chair Jake is located just up a short flight of stairs from the door (visible from the entrance) in the "bar/lounge" (opposed to the restaurant which is down a set of stairs)

question: do you guys have any statistics on the split between SF and the Silicon Valley? while the largest finance hub is in SF, i have a feeling that there are a couple of VC and hi-tech corp dev types in the South Bay.
