BayStreetBoyCompletely missed this sadly. Question - how early do these update emails get sent out? I don't often take my personal phone to work anymore and it's quite the chore to check external email at work.

Hey BayStreet...the events are usually scheduled a few weeks in advance and a reminder e-mail is sent out the morning of the event.

We may send one once the event is scheduled and once the morning of...woudl that be more helpful?
