All,
We're looking to organize a WSO Happy Hour for real estate finance professionals, to include:
-Private equity real estate
-Real estate investment banking
-Real estate investment firms (sponsor/developer - can also include HFs, etc.)
-Anyone else working in a real estate sector company
I fit into the first category and it would be great to connect and share laughs over drinks with as many people as possible in the first three categories, so that it's relevant. But also so that we can offer advice to people looking to get into real estate (if such people exist).
We should have tables in the back in the usual WSO space (straight down, to the right, I believe).
Feel free to PM me for any questions.
See you all soon!

Only real estate? That's racist.
true
it is hard core racisism
Would like to attend but cannot make it on Monday. Is this still happening?
we've been promoting it so yes assume it is still on. putting on frontpage tonight
I will be attending! I would leave to meet some WSO members
I will be there! Look for the best looking guy at the bar, that will be me.
Just saw this- looking forward to meeting everyone.
This was posted in its own thread in the Real Estate subforum (we keep to ourselves) and theres been a good group of ppeople saying they are going.
Where's that forum?
Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out last night. We had around 15-20 people over the two or so hours.
We should do it again this fall!
It was great to meet you all, as someone interested in RE it was ideal to speak in person about your careers and paths!
