I got my quarterly bonus entirely slashed...
Sorry to hear that mate. That’s fucking annoying.
Our bonuses were finalized in early January, and paid out in Feb. The company is hurting though. I do not expect to get my full bonus again next year unless there is a MASSIVE turnaround.
Are people still hoping for that?
Hope is cheap.
It’s annoying because you won’t be incentivised to put in as much work as you normally would, knowing your bonus has been compromised already.

Lucky that my bank’s year end is in December with communication being first week of March. Even though S&T has been crushing it for our division, I fully expect a material reduction for next year..
