Any large >$10/$20B money market fund will be able to handle liquidity for that size of funds. Chose any of the large ones - can buy through most any free broker (e.g., Schwab / Fidelity) and it will be a simple process. Could also use a brokered CD from Schwab / Fidelity (or a smaller bank with top rates) to maybe squeeze a slightly higher rate out. For most large shops they’ll be happy to have you but this is a relatively routine transaction for them
