Thrivent Team In Minneapolis

Hello,

I was advised to post a discussion about them here so here I am. Have we worked with this fund before? If so, what was the culture, career and comp progression like?

From what I read, they do more of co-investing than of traditional buy-out but please correct me if I am wrong. I went through the first call with an MD and I received their tear sheet, too. They do co-investments and occasionally buy-outs. Not sure of their market strategy in 2024 and moving forward.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, I had a friend that did the aso program and said they co-invest just like you noted. They get models from the PE firm and plug them into their own models, so everything is more buttoned up diligence wise upon receipt. Their team seems pretty sharp and have good backgrounds. They're still a two year program structure
