2015/2016 offers in LATAM, Post MBA

Hi guys! I was just wondering what do Post MBA offers look like at MBB level in Latin America this year, considering that FX has hit the fan, literally.

Does anyone have any insight into this? How are firms coping with it? Are the offers "similar" to the US offices counterparts?

Im talking MBB....

Best and thanks in advance!

Correct! That's where Im at right now. Im expecting more or less 30% less what you'd make normally at MBB, but, its also known that FX wont go down for at least three years, so they could re-balance everything. Actually they told me that I had to wait for the offer as they are structuring next year's salaries... so it would make sense..

Did your friend receive the offer per se? What did it look like initially?

Thanks!

I heard that Mck already raised the salaries for post MBA. I have no information about the others, but usually they move together.

Anyways, the three are still recruiting a lot in Latam. Further, Bain has a new office in Chile and moved to a bigger office in Rio.
