2021/2022 Big 4 Consulting UG Salary Thread
I have found anything from as low as 60k to as high as 120k for 1st year UG analysts at Big 4 and can't find anything legit. Would be sick if y'all didn't mind sharing !!
Office: (e.g. LCOL/HCOL) Practice: (e.g. Advisory/Digital) $: (Salary + Bonus + Benefits) Additional/Optional: (MBA, Experienced Hire, Lateral Entry, Double Promotion, Travel Perks etc.)
Not Big4 but am 1st year at MBB
Office: NY
Practice: IT
Base: 110k/ Bonus (estimate): 25k
Is this US, incoming hire out of undergrad? Have friends going full time at each MBB and I’m interning at an MBB this summer; no one is getting 110k base from my knowledge. Consensus across firms is at 100k base, but it sounds as if you have a year under your belt

Hi curious, as I’m applying for jobs in the Netherlands now. Is this for the IB arm of the big 4 or for the Transaction Advisory business?
Hi! This is for the IB arm. But the salaries at the other transaction advisory teams (valuation, financial due diligence etc.) are basically the same.
Is pay usually lower in Netherlands than US since COL is lower?
