I went through some of the threads, and it seems that, among the Big 4, only Deloitte has a decent, real, consulting division. I could be wrong, but is there a list of firms who do real strategy work, besides MBB?

Can you clarify what you mean by "real strategy work"? And by that, do you mean divisions that only do strategy work? If you're more specific, I think people would be better able to steer you in the right direction.
You're misinformed - Big 4 all undertake strategy work. Even most MBB projects are not pure strategy in the sense I think you want to convey.
Most, if not all, F500 companies (and beyond) have internal strategy divisions. And in addition to that, plenty of boutiques that work primarily/purely in strategy, in various industries. There'd be far too many to list.
