Hey weekday warriors. The situation is the following: after being staffed for 2 months doing PMO, the client asked for an extension of the study for another 3-4 months. The only caveat, they want the same team. This is frustrating bcs I was about to join another project (strategy) after rolling off. Such a bummer! The only pro is that clients love the team, and lifestyle is decent. What would you do? Complain with boss/staffing? Or suck it up and keep going?
