Accenture Skills Interview
Does anyone have any experience with the Accenture skills interview? I have a supply chain skills interview in a few days and wanted to learn from anyone who has been through this process. Specifically what types of questions and what is the best way to prepare.
I recently went through the skills interview. Depending on your position, they will likely want to know about your previous experience related to supply chain and your managerial and leadership experience. You will be asked to provide an overview of your background or "Tell me about yourself". It wasn't that difficult.
@siryaram - thank you for sharing! I am interviewing for a consultant level position if that makes a difference. From what you said it sounds more or less like a typical behavior based interview. Is that correct?
Because it was called a "skills" interview I was under the impression it was more technical in nature.
By the way, just make sure you know your resume and can speak about any experience. I did not have strengths/weakness type questions.
