Thanks for sharing this but I have already seen it. The numbers reported on here as well as glassdoor are kind of all over the place, so it is difficult to discern an accurate raise. I curious about the percentage salary increases.

 

That isnt terribly uncommon for what amounts to a cost of living adjustment. You make your money when you get promoted.

100k after 5 years sounds really good and much higher than the average American. However, I am just wondering if Accenture's compensation and pay raises are competitive with Deloitte, PwC, and other Tier 2 firms.

From what I have seen and experienced, ACN tends to start at similar comp levels, but lags behind in annual raises until post-MBA. This is from friends who have gone to ACN and other shops from UG and b-school over the past few years.
