Acquisition Impact on PWC Offerees

Posting on behalf of a friend - the impact on the offerees at Booz seems pretty negative, what do you guys think about the offers extended from PwC? It should be a boost to the consulting program but I'm curious if you guys think this will impact junior staff (were there issues with layoffs at Deloitte during the Monitor acquisition?).

Thanks!

Little to no impact on the people on the PwC side. Their internal S&O practice is still insanely small. They are attempting to bolt on the practice from the outside at this point. Still a lot of ambiguity around how PwC will shape their strategy with Booz.
