Alexander Group: Sales Management Consulting??

Does anyone have info about Alexander Group, it's environment, comp, exit opps, etc.? I'm most interested in exit opps as it seems to be a more marketing/sales-focused than the other management consulting firms.
Would this NOT be the route to go if one's goal is eventually get into second tier firms such as OW, Booz, Accenture, etc.
