Partner will get all feedback from previous rounds and then make final decision.
If you did fantastically in all previous rounds, and had a less than stellar partner interview, there's a good chance that you will still get it, but it's up to the partner to make that call so it's impossible to say.
I personally wouldn't chase until 1.5 weeks or so, and word it carefully. You don't want to seem nervous about the outcome.
