anyone done this? is there an opportunity to be referred to an interview for their Business Analyst role?? Or do they automatically do that like the investment banks do?

I've done it. Does not feed as a pipeline into any other roles; it is just an insight programme and ends there.
They did send me reminder emails when deadlines approached, but I still went through the same process as everyone else.
I do know people who did the discover programme but did not pass the Imbellus, so it's really not an edge at all.
