Anyone got any info on inCode?

I've stumbled across this boutique consulting firm called inCode at my school. They seem to be focused on telecom, media and tech consulting. They were acquired by Ericsson a few years ago and seem to be active in the recruiting space. I've yet to come across anyone in person who has heard of these guys apart from the consultants working there. Anyone have any information on them? Culture, brand strength, projects, etc. Looking to get a read on this company since the specialization in TMT looks interesting. Basically want to know if the opinions on this firm are positive or negative. Thanks

'have a couple of acquaintances working there.. though we have not discussed their feelings about the firm at length here are a few things I learnt about the company:

  1. Salary is ever-so-slightly lower than MBB. This is only relevant to base pay. I do not know about the bonuses

  2. The biggest takeaway for my acquaintances was the fact that they could put the ericsson brand name on their resume for this gig. However, incode has to convince its clients that it is a legitimate consulting co (independent in its operations despite being owned by ericsson) & not just a sales front for ericsson. So there is a mismatch there given that its employees try to add to their profile by leveraging the ericsson name. 'not sure how incode handles this/what clients think of it.

  3. Both the acquaintances started looking for greener pastures within a year of joining incode

  4. there is no office so people work from home or travel when on assignment. Apart from that there is very limited (read none) opportunities to interact with your fellow incode consultants & "grow" professionally

  5. Limited or no feedback on quality of work done. You could spin this into a positive by saying that you are not micro managed and are highly autonomous in your work - but my acquaintances were not thrilled about this

A lot of those comments seem to align with what I've learned about the company. Thanks for the input as it helps a lot! Interested to hear about their efforts in exiting. Have the firms they've been targeting been receptive to the incode brand?
