There a consulting firm that deals with helping people discover their strengths and employers improve motivation and efficiency amongst staff. I met them at a recruitment fair in NYC, its a great place to work, from what the recruiter said
recruiters always say it's a great place to work. the alternative would be a bit like a car salesman telling you the honda you're considering buying from him is a piece of shit.
