Are M7 MBAs still worth taking today with sponsorship from MBB (from EMEA)?

I'm in MBB in an EMEA office with ~3 years of experience and am judging whether it is worth applying for an M7 MBA (with sponsorship, ideally targeting HSW).

My questions are is it still valuable in today's economy vs. exiting sooner into industry, especially if I don't need the break and already have a decent network from both my undergrad and my current MBB firm + other networking on the side.

Doing the MBA would be fun for sure, but at the opportunity cost of 2 years of income and delayed tenure progression (either in consulting or elsewhere).
