With my goal being MBB consulting—I have an offer from Deloitte audit or a lesser big 4 consulting firm for FT. What do yall think is more prestigious? And which is gonna set me up best? I come from non target.

“Adam was extremely kind and informative. We talked about my background and then about the different career paths I am interested. Adam had experience in finance and consulting which was why I wanted to meet with him. He talked about why he made the change from finance, what really motivated him and how I can learn of it. We talked about the importance of building a strong foundation, as Adam mentioned that I seemed quite lost in terms of where I wanted to go. He told me some useful exercises and actions to take in preparation of our next meeting in order to better position myself as a top candidate. I really appreciated how relatable he was and how he shaped his responses to my story.”

“Adam was extremely clear and structured in his communication, which was particularly helpful as market sizing was a type of case that I had never practised before (and have interviews coming up where I have to use it). He explained how to approach the problem step by step, including which clarifying questions to ask, how to structure the calculations and how to approach the maths logically. His explanations were easy to follow and I came away with a much better understanding of how to tackle market sizing questions in future interviews.”
