Hi - long story short. I have accepted an offer and am now going through the application process with a top consulting firm (if I need to be more specific, I will via private message, just don't want to post here).
I have two misdemeanors on my record, nothing related to theft or fraud - is this an automatic disqualifier? Will they work with me or at least hear me out? Any advice from someone who may have been in a similar position or know someone who has?
