BCG ADC online applications (April 2014)
Did anyone else apply to BCG as an ADC this month? The Bridge2BCG Workshop and full-time due date was last Sunday. Thought I’d create a thread for discussion.
I applied to the Bridge2BCG program in Chicago. Is there a phone interview round for this program? According to the website there is but I have heard conflicting information from people who have participated in previous years.

I applied for a FT position, my first time. Any idea how long it'll be before we know about first round invites?

What does everyone's background look like?
I'm at a non-target school for my PhD, although top 10 in my field and went to a target school for UG. Great test scores and GPA but minimal leadership and no business experience.
Do we expect to hear about phone interviews by the middle of May?
For ADCs, there's actually a separate list of what is a "target school" by PhD subject. If you're at a top school for your discipline you're probably fine.
Just curious if any ADC that applied this month heard from back BCG for an interview yet??
No word yet from B2BCG NY. I'm guessing those who receive phone interviews will hear back next week. Fingers crossed!
One of my friends got it earlier this week. Undergrad, non-target.
No, they didn't. Bridge to BCG is an ADC-only program, you have to be in the final year of (or have already earned) a PhD, MD, or JD to apply.

I received an invitation to phone interview from the chicago office too. Do you know if the interview is a Fit or Case interview?

Boston B2BCG phone interview this year was all fit questions. (I think most people are done with interviews now, but just thought I'd put that out there for anyone who is searching next year).

My friend who will be interviewing for the Chicago office workshop has an interview scheduled for mid-May so not all locations have finished with their interviews yet.

Although main invites are out, my email said to confirm attendance within about a week, and mentioned that there is a wait list. So no news may mean you're on the wait list, just FYI.
I received an invite for the Chicago B2BCG as well. Looking forward to meeting some of you during the program. My invite did not mention a wait list but it makes sense that they would have one.
