BCG Geneva vs Toronto vs Montreal

Hey,

I have been working at a Tier 2 for almost a year as an Associate in one of their European office. I graduated from a European target school and my experiences (academic or internships) were in Europe.

I am planning to apply to BCG and need insights on how to prioritize offices.

Geneva, Montreal and Toronto are the offices I am targeting.

I am aware that there are some language and visa requirements for these offices.  Language would not be an issue since I am fluent in English and French, but I only have a European citizenship.

How should I rank these offices?

The most important criteria for me are:

- international exposure:  the advantage of Toronto / Montreal is that it would allow me to have a first experience outside of Europe and to work on a few projects with the US.  Is it possible to work with different offices for international client while being at BCG Geneva?

projects will it be the breadth of industries or projects type as well as the share of strategy (as opposed to long organizational, operational or PMO projects): I heard Montreal office is strongly focused on Industrial goods and more operational and PMO projects which is not very appealing to me. I also get a feeling that Geneva and Toronto offices covers a broader range of industries/ projects and have a higher share of strategy projects than the latter. Are my assumptions correct? How does these offices rank in light of the project criteria?

I also heard that all Canadian offices had access to the same pool of project.  How difficult / to what extent is it possible to be staffed on Toronto office projects while being in Montreal?

Should I privilege international exposure over projects types or the opposite?

- the odds of getting an offer: I already reached out to BCG Geneva and Montreal consultants and it seems that their office would be interested in my profile. Being fluent in French and English gives me an edge for Geneva and Montreal compared to Toronto which is very competitive and does not require French. Do I stand any chance (during the screening and during the interviews) if I apply to the Toronto office?

Thanks
