Many people seem to ask this questions so I'll just copy/paste my previous answer...
Not getting an answer immediately doesn't necessarily mean bad news, it just means that the people who have to discuss it didn't get a chance to do so yet. However if you say it's been almost a week, you can nicely email the recruiter to follow up and see what's going on. I know some case prep websites like Vocaprep have sections on what to do after the interview and once you get an offer that can be helpful too. I hope you hear back from them, but whether you get the job or not congrats for getting that far!
