Iβm having case burnout and desperately need motivation. So anyone currently working in consulting please tell me your favorite things about it ππΌππΌ
Honestly? My favourite things are:
- The work
- The people
The ability to always work on something new, challenging, be forced to learn and adapt super fast and never have a dull moment! I've a short attention span and I get bored easily, so for me that's ideal.
And I enjoy the people, the sense of belonging and support I get from my team at my MBB. I know some people may have different experiences, and that really sucks. But I've been lucky. My supervisor is great, our project manager too, and the overall team really feels like a good group of people :)
