Big 4 - Promotion to Senior Raise

Wanted to see if anyone can shed personal insight. I am with one of the big 4 (not Deloitte), and have been with the firm since UG. I'm up for promotion this year and wanted to see if people would be willing to share what I can expect in $ or % for a raise.

I've been doing my own research both externally and internally but the issue glassdoor or even the figures the company provides is that they pool all the Seniors together (both organic and MBA), so the pay range is something like 80k to 160k because you have Analyst that just got promoted and will be on the low end, but you aslo have 3rd year Seniors that came from MBAs that started at 135k and are now at the high end.

Any insight would be helpful, from the people I had talked to in my group their raises was ~ 15% (10-14K) when they got promoted, but after a discussion with a Partner, who is on the review board for promotions, he indicated that the pay increase would be ~30% (20k-ish) in passing. That number blew my mind as it completely exceeded anything I expected, so I wanted to see what others had experienced.
