Hi all, I'm about to start as a first year BTA w/ Deloitte. I've just read over the thread on the new Management Consulting Salaries, and I see a lot of bonuses. I know that by nature IT is just a different beast, and was wondering if performance bonuses even existed.

Yes, they exist, but not at the A/BTA level (at least for Deloitte). The Consultant level is when one becomes bonus-eligible and the % is highly variable based on several factors (performance(yours and firm),years of experience, lateral hire, etc.).
