Building Niche Skill
Hi everyone, I'm a sophomore and keen to enter the industry. I've seen posts about building a niche for yourself / being indispensable, and wondering what the community thinks are some skills that would be useful.
I've tried learning programing / coding, but I don't seem to be picking them up very well.
