Can I expensive a microwave?
I have a friend who accidentally left the spoon in with a plate of tuscani pizza hut pasta. He then told me that while he was watching CNN the thing made a loud poping sounds then a ZZZzzoooooomp and now it wont turn on. He unplugged it and sprayed some cologne to get the burning smell out so hopefully no one will notice?
can he expense the microwave to the firm or should he tell the janitor?
this is a clear cut case. you sue CNN and pray you're still within the warranty at Costco. Also have a chance at going after Wingstreet if you're feeling ambitious or have a jewish lawyer
