Capital One Business Analyst Exit Opps

Hi All, I recently got an offer for the Capital One Business Analyst position and am curious about what exit opportunities there are after this program. There are some other threads about this, but not many are super specific about exit opportunities from a Capital One employee's point of view. Thank you for any insight you can provide!

I'm familiar with the program. I'd break down exit opps as follows:

  1. Top-tier MBA programs (20%)
  2. FAANG tech companies in data science, analytics, and strategy roles (40%)
  3. Other consumer finance companies (20%)
  4. Advancement within Capital One business units (20%)

Overall quite a good program, especially if you're trying to get into an analyst role in big tech.
