Capital One Business Manager Power Day

I have a consulting background and am looking to move to Capital One for a role on one of their card teams. I am applying as a Business Manager so I know it will be 2 hard math heavy cases, a product interview (not very familiar with this), and some behaviorals sprinkled in. 

Does anyone have any experience with Capital One Power Days? What do the cases look like and how best can I practice? Is the product interview pretty straightforward? What advice would you have for the behaviorals (questions to have a great answer on etc)?

I would really appreciate any advice that you all have!
