Case Studies practice/preparation

What free resources do you recommend to prepare for case studies? I'll apply for consulting roles next year and I was wondering what would be the best resources (also where to find good case studies) to use so I can start practising. At the moment, I have only seen the Bain interview on yt and have briefly familiriased myself with mconsultingprep, com, but I would really appreciate any advice you have.

Thanks!

Few things:

Firstly, great work getting started this early! You will have a huge advantage in interviews if you get going now.

Secondly, my case prep also started with the Bain video. It was a huge help watching a bunch of cases to familiarize myself with what was going on beforehand.

Thirdly, work on your mental math --> Victor Cheng's caseinterviewmath.com was great for this

Lastly, you are going to need to find case partners to start prepping with. Nothing works better than real life practice, preferably with someone who is familiar with case prep.

I would avoid memorizing frameworks, using them to learn is great, but memorization is a recipe for failure. Best of luck!
