Commercial DDs vs Restructuring

Hi all,

I have an offer from a T2 consulting firm in Europe. They asked me to decide between a specialization in CDDs or Restructuring. What would you choose and why? Which one offers more interesting opportunities?

I like working with numbers, so Restructuring seems to be the obvious choise. Also, I would like to work with clients and have an impact on a firm through helping in the restructuring process.

On the other hand, CDD is more strategic, from what I've read the working hours are better, you don't waste time travelling to the client and don't do PMO activities at all
